I made a run to the drug store to start preparing for saturday. So far, I've got:
- A Large bag of beef jerky
- A big bag of pretzels
- a 20 oz bottle of Mt. Dew currently de-fizzing
- Immodium (i take no chances, i'll take it even if there isn't a sign of problems)
- several powerbars
- brand new large Nike duffle bag, which I obviously didn't get at the drug store
I think I've got most everything else already stocked up at home except for gatorade.
Three miles tonight and all training is done. I got my first couple waves of anxiousness/nervousness today as I thought about the race.
