I've only been in NYC for about 4.5 years, but this man has been a stable here for longer my parents have even been alive. I use to high-five "The Mayor of Central Park" when I would pass him on the reservoir. Albert Arroyo passed away a couple weeks ago. Tonight was a dedication of the running path to him.
